Abnormality Status:

Dormant

#0003 is a model that is most commonly found within games with trusses. #0003 can be separated to 3 states: Dormant, Active, and Hunting.
It starts in the "Dormant" state, where it will disguise as an AlternatingSupports truss with 16 segments, which is around ~32 studs tall.
When a player attempts to climb it, it will reveal itself and enter the "Active" state.

When it is in its "Active" state, #0003 will reveal it's true form, and no longer disguise as a truss. It will start "looking" at the closest player, somehow bending and manipulating its model to curve. In this state, #0003 will attempt to hunt any players nearby.
If any players get in an approximated radius of 20 studs, it will enter its "Hunting" state.

In its "Hunting" state, #0003 will attempt to lower to the player. Once one of the segments come in contact with the player, the player will be "Stuck" to #0003 and wont be able to move. Then, #0003 will drag the player to its position, and become transparent. The player will lose health rapidly, eventually dying. When the player dies, their head is cut off. After around ~5 approximated seconds, #0003 will reappear, and get back into its "Active" state.
If a player manages to somehow get out of #0003's grasp or gets out of range before #0003 can reach them, it will return to its "Active" state.

#0003 has no affect to the player's account, and just seems to kill the player's character and nothing else. The anomaly seems to been most active during 2015, and has not been appearing since 2018.
See addendum A.

Addendum A:

#0003 has been spotted again on the platform. A player by the name of [CONTENT HIDDEN] (Name requested to be anonymous) has had an encounter with #0003. [CONTENT HIDDEN] attempted to "kill" #0003 by using in-game tools, and when failing & dying to #0003, [CONTENT HIDDEN] has stated that they were kicked out of the game they were playing, and when they checked their profile, their avatar didn't have its head.
After reloading the page, [CONTENT HIDDEN]'s account was terminated, with the moderation message being:

"Please do not harm or be aggressive towards the wildlife of Roblox. You were banned due to harming the following: TrussFlora.rbxmx"
[CONTENT HIDDEN] attempted to contact Roblox about this, but they didn't get any reply back.

An attempt to recover a copy of #0003 using saveinstance by an anonymous exploiter. Most of the scripts were broken, but an anonymous R.A agent has fixed them to work in modern studio. This is not the pure version of the anomaly. This is recreational.
