#0004 is an event that can be triggered once it's the account's birthday, and joining a game of any kind. The conditions for triggering #0004 are unknown, as it seems it can happen to anyone.
#0004 happens locally, meaning the other players in the server won't experience it.
When a #0004 triggers, all the other players are gone from the victim's POV, and other players won't be able to see the victim.
Once it triggers, the victim will start at stage 1. #0004 is usually divided into 4 stages.
Stage 1: The victim's avatar has a birthday cone on it. The game becomes nighttime, and the ambient cycles through rainbow colors. Instances of #0004-1 can manifest in this state, although rarely. The victim experiences mild headaches.
Stage 2: #0004-1 instances become more common, and the rainbow lighting cycles through faster. Various birthday decorations appear on the map, such as Cakes and Lights. The victim experiences nausea and headaches.
Stage 3: The victim enters a "trance-like" state, not being able to move their body. #0004-1 instances flood the game, causing severe lag. The lighting changes every approx. 0.1 seconds, which could cause seizure. Decorations flood the map.
Stage 4: Everything goes silent, and every instance of #0004-1 and the decorations disappear. The victim is considered a #0004-2 instance once the party ends.
After the party, the user's account avatar is changed to fully white with no accessories, except a party cone that equips itself even if the user doesn't own it.
#0004-A - Nickname: Partygoer

#????-1 instances will walk around the game, saying things such as "Happy Birthday!" and "Lets Party!". Once seeing a player, they will follow that player and give them gears such as the Birthday Cake.

#0004-2 will act like #0004-1 instances. #0004-2 instances can only speak in limited vocabulary, those being all the lines that can be said by #0004-1 instances. #0004-2 instances are commonly known to join other Roblox games on their account, "inviting" other users to their party. #0004-2 instances are also rumored to give steps on how to trigger the party, but it's unconfirmed. It is unknown what #0004-2 instances do outside of Roblox.
